After a 30-year run with Traders Hotels, Shangri-La wanted help and a new direction for their 4-star brand, given nothing but the name ‘Hotel Jen’ to work with.

To create a virtual persona as a figurehead for an industry built on and around people. The brand transformation included a complete redesign of the brand identity with an entirely new website, on-and-offline activation campaigns and an approach to hospitality that continues to drive success for the business across Asia Pacific.

OUTCOME
Within 2 weeks of launching, the brand saw 19% increased profit and 32% increased profit during first quarter.
